These terms govern your use of MyValue. Please read them carefully. By using the app, you're agreeing to everything below.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the MyValue app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use MyValue. These terms apply to all users of the app, including visitors, registered users, and users with paid subscriptions.
Use of the App
MyValue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: • Use MyValue for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its data • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. MyValue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
Subscriptions & Billing
MyValue offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription at $2.99/month. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. MyValue does not store your payment card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at myvaluesupport@gmail.com for any billing issues.
Valuations & Asset Data
MyValue provides asset valuations based on publicly available resale market data. These valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any valuation data. MyValue is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided in the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MyValue — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and code — are the exclusive property of MyValue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MyValue content without our explicit written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyValue at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. MyValue's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to MyValue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of MyValue after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
